How do I shop for my school?
Click Schools in the menu and select your school. Some school storefronts are private and require an access code provided by your school or organization.

Why does my school storefront require a passcode?
Private storefronts help keep each school’s products organized and available specifically to that school community. Enter the access code provided by your school to view and purchase your spirit wear.

Do you offer youth and adult sizes?
Yes. Available youth and adult sizes are listed on each product page. Be sure to select the correct size before adding your item to the cart.

Can I choose the shirt color?
Yes. When multiple colors are available, you can select your preferred color directly on the product page. The product image will show the selected color when available.

Can I add a graduation or class year to my shirt?
Some products offer an optional year add-on. If available, you can choose the year placement, such as the sleeve or front of the shirt, during ordering. Additional charges may apply.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Because our apparel is custom made, production time may vary depending on the item and order volume. Estimated turnaround information will be provided with your order or school sale.

Can my order be delivered to the school?
School delivery may be available for participating schools. Available delivery or pickup options will appear during checkout.

Do you ship orders directly to customers?
Yes, customers have the option of getting your product shipped directly to your mailbox.

Can schools place bulk orders?
Yes. We offer bulk ordering for schools, staff, clubs, teams, programs, and organizations. Contact us directly for bulk pricing and custom requests.

Do you offer spirit wear fundraisers?
Yes. We work with schools and organizations to create custom spirit wear fundraising opportunities. Contact us to discuss options for your group.

Can you create custom designs for our school or organization?
Yes. Press Forward Studios creates custom apparel for schools, staff, clubs, teams, events, and organizations. We can work with your existing artwork or help develop a design.

Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because custom apparel is made specifically for each order, return and exchange eligibility may be limited. Please double-check your color, size, personalization, and other selections before placing your order. Contact us if there is an issue with your order.

What if I entered the wrong size or personalization?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to make a change. Once an item has entered production, changes may not be possible.
